Starting the day with a healthy breakfast is important. But, let’s face it, sometimes we’re just too busy to spend much time in the kitchen.
Or, if you’re like me, you try to get up earlier than everyone else to get some much-needed work done. But waiting until everyone else wakes up to have breakfast might not be a good thing (I like to eat within an hour of waking up). With everyone else still sleeping I try not to make too much noise in the kitchen.

Best of all, they are healthy recipes! There aren’t any sugar or white-flour based ingredients. Instead, you’ll find alternative sweeteners, whole grains or grain-free recipes.
